Sandhills Community College, Pinehurst, NC Emergency Services Training Center Master Plan

Stewart Cooper Newell Architects provided Master Planning and Site Selection services for a new Fire Training Facility to include a commercial burn building, residential burn building, training/drill tower, pumper test/drafting pits, and exterior training areas for vehicle extraction and burn props. Construction will be phased to meet the owners’ budgetary requirements.
